Vixxo is committed to providing its customers the highest quality facilities maintenance and management. To meet this commitment, Vixxo contracts with various vendors. Those vendors must be dedicated to the same high standards that Vixxo requires of itself. One inappropriate act by a vendor can tarnish a customer relationship that Vixxo spent years developing.
Vixxo has determined that a key to avoiding vendor-related issues and problems is to be up-front about Vixxo’s expectations and requirements of its vendors. The document below sets forth those expectations and requirements in the form of Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time, are incorporated into any and all Work Orders issued to Vixxo’s vendors.
