Refreshments, LLC, has been a Vixxo Service Provider partner since 2014. As a Service Provider with Vixxo, Refreshments, LLC primarily services 7-Eleven sites in Missouri and Kansas, with some work in western Illinois. They provide various FM services in these locations, with their focus (and the bulk of their Service Request volume) on maintaining and servicing the onsite beverage equipment.
Originally founded by a convenience store owner in 1979 who saw an opportunity to provide better service, the family-oriented company evolved the business into a trusted “go-to” service partner to convenience store operators in the greater Kansas City area and the broader region. Their evolution found them expanding into offering beverage product sales and delivery, and today, they partner with both Pepsi and Coca-Cola as a direct supplier of Bag-in-Box fountain syrup to their customers. They also supply cups, lids, straws, and other paper goods to support their customers beverage needs. This one-stop shop for fountain customers has been highly successful.
In 2013, Scott Denmark purchased Refreshments and brought a fresh look to the established organization. “We compete with and outperform billion-dollar companies on a daily basis – and it’s a challenge we all covet,” said Scott.

They are consistently a top performer when it comes to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), hitting 90%+ on a regular basis and some metrics at 100% in a given week.
