Vixxo, a facilities management leader recognized for its industry expertise and high-quality service at its large portfolio of brands across the United States and Canada, announced today that it will provide facilities management services for Hat Creek Burger Company.

Following its successful implementation at 1788 Chicken, a company that operates numerous Zaxby’s franchises in the southeastern U.S. and whose ownership also manages Hat Creek, Vixxo has been selected to provide comprehensive facilities management services at each of Hat Creek’s locations, bringing consistency across store locations and allowing Hat Creek to make data-driven decisions.

Founded in 2008, Hat Creek is based in Austin, TX and serves fresh, never frozen burgers, just as it did at the renowned local food truck on which it first staked its reputation. With a mission “to provide fellowship and fresh cheeseburgers” to customers in a family-friendly atmosphere, Hat Creek has 14 Texas locations and ten more coming soon. “Our dedication to service is second only to food quality,” said Scott Brown, director of construction and development, Hat Creek. “We know our success largely results from the way we treat every customer. Vixxo’s facilities expertise gives us the ability to focus on our customer experience, while our restaurants maintain the spirit of the brand, as we continue to grow.”

Backed by nearly 40 years of facilities management success, Vixxo’s trusted associates, innovative solutions and proven results are the choice of clients ranging from midsize to Fortune 500 companies. With specialized expertise in the convenience, grocery, restaurant and retail industries, Vixxo successfully manages more than 1.1 million assets across more than 65,000 locations.

“It’s always rewarding when a new client has deep roots in its community,” said Jim Reavey, Vixxo president and chief executive officer. “Hat Creek, when it was still a food trailer, became a fixture in Austin and continues to serve guests throughout the city. We are extremely proud to be part of Hat Creek’s growth story and help Hat Creek reach its goals.”
