We’re proud to share some exciting news: Vixxo Facility Solutions has been named the 2026 ConnexFM Supplier of the Year, the facilities management industry’s highest supplier honor.
This recognition means a great deal to us, in large part because of how it came about. The award followed nominations from several of our national clients who took the time to speak to the partnership they’ve experienced with Vixxo. As Bill Yanek, CEO of ConnexFM, put it, “Vixxo exemplifies what this award is all about, a supplier that raises the bar for the entire industry.”
The Work Behind the Win
Across every nomination, the same story came through, a partner that shows up, solves problems, and gets better every year. For one client, that meant trusting us with the largest rebrand in their company’s history: transitioning 1,000 locations to a new brand in just twelve months.
It also reflects where we’re headed. Vixxo has embedded AI across every step of the facilities management process, creating a connected “facilities operating system” that links machines, facilities, and human decisions through a single intelligence layer. The goal isn’t to replace people, it’s to empower them. As our Chief Technology Officer Derek Neighbors notes, human beings and service partners remain at the center of everything we build.
Celebrating the people behind the work
This spring, we also marked World FM Day with an industry exchange 100 stories above Manhattan at Edge NYC, bringing facilities leaders together for candid conversation about the trends and challenges shaping our industry, and to honor the technicians, operators, and partners who make it all possible.
That spirit is exactly what this award is about. In the words of CJ Jernigan, President of Vixxo and ConnexFM Board Member, “This award belongs to our clients and our team equally.”
